After I go to start and run and type in regedit, then what do I do to try to run my Norton anti virus?

I do not have access to the registry key. Hkey_Classes_ Root or one of it's subkeys. How do I change the permission and launch setup again? Ava

If you are having problems already, with not even getting it installed, I would install it and download it again. Somewhere near the end you will most likely get a prompt to Run Norton Now.
