Most likely money and a better opportunity of success.Rangers were still in the Souness revolution then and although I have no doubt Mo is a Celtic fan at heart he did not allow that to interfere with his ambitions.

Killie offered him 2 Killie pies and a bottle of "boaby Murdoch" a week to come to us but for some inexplicable reason he knocked us back.
