Er, um I mean, ah hey, take a long walk, and work off the extra calories. Don't worry about it. We all do it -otherwise Weight Watchers and all those other places would be out of business.
Seriously- IF you believe it is a symptom of Compulsive Overeating, then hook up with Overeaters Anonymous. They are a 12 step program, based on the AA pattern and they really helped me get through some hard times. It is always better not to have to go through things alone.

I'm guessing you're pregnant? Its fine, don't feel guilty! It is normal to want to eat larger proportions and crave different foods! As long as you don't eat a row of Oreos each day, I think you'll be okay. lol. Good luck with your new baby!
