If I were you, I would buy some quality hunting dvd's and learn from the pros. You need to hear it. Not just get told how it is done. The biggest key to remember is that you should not overkill. I use my grunt tube once every 15 minutes tops. You also need to remember that like humans every deer is different.

If you dont already own DVD's, just go to google and click on the audio search option. Type in whitetail deer and you should get a hit. Books, videos, and dvds are all valuble and will teach you alot but the internet has all the sounds you need. When learning how to use the grunt tube, dont mimic what the hunters sound like, mimic what a deer sounds like. Learning to call game is alot like making copies of cassette tapes, if you copy a copy it will never sound as good as the original.
