Pains on side...?

My mother, who has high blood pressure, has had horrible pains on your right side that increase to her back and upper thigh. But only on the right side. She has been having a hard time doing anything at all.. What could this be..?

It could be one of several things.. It could be her apendix, it could be gas build up, a kidney stone. If she has been hurting for a while, I suggest she go to the Dr.

Kidney stone . I would go to the ER and let them take an ex ray to be sure it nothing more serious. I also have a kidney Stone and it is unbearable at times.
