Get a good moisturizer, get plenty of sleep, take some multivitamins & drink lots of water! If that doesnt start working in a couple of months then you need to go see your doctor or a dermatologists. I hope this helps! Good luck :)

Bags under the eyes can be a sign of not enough sleep. How much sleep are you getting? Try and make sure you get 8 hours sleep a night. Also make sure you're getting proper nutrition.

get 2 tea bags (prefer black tea bags if possible). dip those bags in the cold water and put the whole thing (bags + water) in the refrigerator in at least 15-20 minutes. remove tea bags and, get 2 pillows and prop your head up on 2 pillows.Close your eyes and position each tea bags so it covers the lid and under-eye area. rest for 10 minutes, then remove the bags and gently rinse skin.
After that, smooth moisturizer on your face that contain at least one anti-inflammatory ingredient. Dab a pea-size drop of a depuffing eye gel underneath eyes and on lids.

If the product is available to you, try Burt's Bees. It is a little pricey (about $15CDN for moisturizer), but it works wonders and is totally worth the investment. They have a whole range of gender-neutral products: cleanser, exfoliant, moisutrizer, hand creams. And it's all natural.

Sleep, exercise, good nutrition and lots of water. As far as skin care, exfoliate and use a light moisturizer. There are products for men too.
