whats a free photo editing program that i can download? im trying to also do that effect with pictures where everything is black&white and one color of a certain item sticks out in original color, anyone know anything about that too?

before you download it read the short review about the ideal photo software , it can do the Black & White , Not sure if you can keep part of the picture in its original color but you can give it a try.
