Yes only 1/2 of a glass is one serving of juice
(as long as it is juice and not fruit "beverage")

One Serving:
- 1 medium fruit (about the size of a baseball)
- ¼ cup dried fruit
- ½ cup fresh, frozen, or canned fruit
- ½ cup fruit juice
- 1 cup raw leafy vegetables (about the size of a small fist)
- ½ cup cut-up raw or cooked vegetables
- ½ cup vegetable juice

:)

Yes, a 1/2 cup of 100% fruit juice equals one serving of fruit. Keep in mind however that juice doesn't contain the fiber of the actual fruit.

Yes, 100% juice works for a fruit serving ... 1/2 glass is a serving ... you miss a little fiber, but you could make that up other places.
