Last night I began feeling fatigue, dizzy and nauseated. 2 hours after beginning to feel bad, I had severe tremmors. Every part of my body was in pain. My skin even hurt. I was having new carpet installed yesterday and Im curious if anyone knows if something that carpet layers use can cause this type of reaction. I felt almost poisioned. It was sceary and odd. I threw up once last night and today though I feel much better, I have diarreah. Does this sound familar to anyone?

As a former carpet installer, I have been poisoned in a sense from all the chemicals they put in carpet. What you are going through is an allergic reaction to this carpet. I am now totally disabled from all the many things that are in carpet and in the glues to install certain carpets. I will never work again. I would seek out medical attention if I were you

It could be a chemical used in the carpet. My mother gets sick around new carpeting. Some of the chemicals they use are very toxic. After it airs out for a few days, you should feel better.

Sounds like you had an allergic reaction to the carpet going down.
You should tell your doctor about this and be tested for allergies.
