Utah--- Bryce canyon. Broiling hot desert--- cool mountain streams.
Hawaii is warm--- but not really hot (temperate)
Florida is hot and humid--
S. CA is hot, with lots of city stuff to do

Try Arizona if you really want hot. Scottsdale is beautiful. The state also has the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, the Sonoran Desert, Sedona (God's Pocket), etc. But it is hot in July.

Hawaii or California, or maybe Florida. Out of state, There arn't a lot of hot areas that are really safe.

Death Valley Ca. Research it on the internet, there is lots to do that you wouldn't guess normally. And it's usually filled with europeans who are fasinated with the heat. More beautiful than you would assume also.
