Ok, I want to start by saying that I know how you feel, you are shy and quiet and don't know what to do or what to say without feeling stupid because you don't want to blow your chance, right? I used to be there myself man, it's hard, I know. You are not alone though and having gotten over it myself I know exactly how to help you. Think of what you are going through kind of like standing in front of an ice cold swimming pool, you are at the edge of the pool. Now when if you tip toe into the pool every inch you try and tip toe in is painfully cold, right? But what happens when you just jump in? You're freezing butt cold and extremely uncomfortable for a minute or two right? But once you start swimming around you get used to the water and you actually start having a good time. Well it's the same thing, don't be shy of the water here, the water being the girl, and I doubt she is icy cold so that is one advantage you have over the pool already! *wink* I know man, when you're shy especially shy and inexperienced it can seem like the scariest thing in the world, the thought of approaching her and talking to her makes you go numb and you start feeling panicky stupid like your brain won't work and your knees kind of start wabbling. That's how shy and stupid I used to be. But I just jumped into the pool and started talking to this girl I really liked and I convinced myself that I should just talk to her and if I messed up I messed up and ALL HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES, that's right, you will NOT get it perfect and that's why there is more than 1 woman out there, so if you screw up talking to this one, move to the next one. Believe me when I say you will find PLENTY of interesting women out there that strike your fancy. Just put it all in perspective, you are young, you have your whole life ahead of you, you have some good things to offer this girl and and most importantly, every time you force yourself to face your fear and talk to a girl the fear goes away more and more until one day you're so comfortable talking to girls, you are that charming guy that can talk to any girl and is so confident, you know, that guy you are so envious of right now, it just takes a little practice and patience, give yourself time and it'll all come together! You have to tell her, thats life. I got rejected a couple of times but I felt much better after because at least I knew rather than worrying the whole time. How will you feel if you never tell her and then see her with another guy?

Give her a cute note. Start up a conversation with her. Get to know her. Smile at her. Look at her alot.
