You really, really need to conquer your fears. Remember, the challenges we face either build character or reveal it.
I want you to know that if you do have cancer, there still might be hope.
In 1990, I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 3-B, but I've survived. My doctors were great people, but they really couldn't tell me squat about cancer. During the year in treatment, I started learning about alternative medicine.
Here's what I've figured out--FIRST, somebody--probably from the AMA--is getting my answers deleted as 'not a question or an answer', because they don't want you to know about this. So if you want to keep this information, you need to copy it to a wordpad document quickly, before it disappears. Hopefully, they'll give up and stop that nonsense soon, but I wouldn't count on it. Now, here goes--
Cancer is caused by poor nutrition (including oxygen), which leads to a compromised immune system, and by stressors. Stressors can be environmental, like heavy metals, food additives or pollution, or emotional or job stress.
Our bodies have 60 trillion--yes, trillion--cells, and there are always some mutating into cancer cells, but a healthy immune system kills them before they have a chance to get a foothold in the body.
It takes a LONG time, usually, or an exrtaordinary amount of stressors, to degrade the immune system to the point where it won't do its job, but once cancer has formed, it will generally spread rapidly.
THIS IS IMPORTANT! There are ways to BEAT cancer that the AMA is keeping from the American public, that are currently being used in Europe and around the world. Here are some great books that is getting hard to find--
"The Cure for All Cancers", ISBN 0963632825;
"A Cancer Therapy", ISBN 0882681052;
"Hydrogen Peroxide--Medical Miracle", ISBN 1885236077;
"The Natural Cure for Cancer--Germanium", ISBN 0533071410;
"Killing Cancer", ISBN 0705000966.
Type 'used books' into your browser and find a good site, then type in the ISBN numbers and get some great help cheap.
I know of people whose cancer has 'spontaneously remitted' (WENT AWAY for no known reason) after they went on a program of herbs and nutrition.
The American Medical Association (AMA) and the pharmaceutical companies control medical law and the FDA in this country with a revolving door policy. In 2004, medicine was a 1.1 TRILLION dollar business--about 1/4th of the total economy. That's just too big to care about individuals. You and your family must look out for yourselves to stand a chance of being healthy.
This is not a joke, and I'm not selling anything. Look into it. Best of luck

The pain that you are having can be caused by MANY things, not just cancer. It is very important that you go see your doctor immediately. "Pain" is too vauge for anyone to give you clear information on here. Your doctor can best evaluate your pain and get appropriate testing to see what is going on. Because you are having some anxiety about the issue, I would suggest that you take a close friend, spouse, or sibling with you as supprt.

It doesn't sound like cancer. Has it happened out of no where or constant for days? Sharp pain or dull pain? Severity of pain? Questions that need to be answered for anyone here to guess. Better go to the doctor. It could just by hyper-tension. Something that doesn't get better when you're afraid of cancer. Go to the doctor and get better.

Honestly, it may be nothing, or it may be something. Although fear of cancer is a big thing, even if it is, the earlier cancers are caught the higher and better the chances are of beating it. If this pain has been persisting, the its not going to go away, and the sooner you seek help to find out what is wrong, the sooner treatment can be started, be it cancer, or something else. Seek help, even if you are scared of what you may be told.

For Pete's sake..grow up already. You would rather sit there and guess instead of visiting the doctor and know? Why do many people instantly link their pains or illness to cancer? It can be MANY things. Go to the doctor and find out. If it is something serious, then you'll be glad to catch it earlier than never going or going too late and it'll be too far along to stop it.

well befor you panick like i usually do,lol....do you feel any unusual lumps in your breast, or have a change in your nipples or any bloody discharge from them?? from what i hear brast cancer is not painful as for and cancer. it really has no warning signs. i've been going trough that fear this week. i was doing a self breast exaime and freaked when i felt a mass but turned out to be just part of my normal breast
tissue, my grandma was like i have that same thing. so just relax and take a deep breath and if you are really that scared go to the dr just to ease your mind....i know it's scary but it's safer if we make sure it's nothing.

First of all, ignore most of the stupid remarks from people. Sometimes we all forget when it is not happening to us. I am a scary cat too, having had a pain in my breast now for 3 years and haven't gone now. Do what is best for you, if the pain is very intense and you can't take it or if you would rather know right now then please go see your doctor.
Option 2: Remember we all will die no matter how we try and prolong it, death will come. I choose to let life live itself. When we do find out we have something wrong with us that could be fatal, we waste our lives trying to save our lives. Most of the people on here are going to disagree but remember the choice and your life is yours alone.

Cancer is usually without simptoms, like pain, in the first stages. It's very unlikely that it is cancer,but then again it could be anything. You need to go to the doctor, it could just be tension, anxiety, panic attacks will cause pain in the areas you mentioned.

Don't be afraid. The longer you put it off, the worse your condition may get. Chances are it's not cancer. You need to go to the doctor eventually, so just get it over with.
