Why not contact your local police. Or the local FBI. Or the Food drug and firearms dept. If all of them are on your list, perhaps a minister, Rabbi, or mental health worker. Or look N. S up on Google. Maybe they have an e mail address

Funding has been distributed to all law enforcement agencies for the processing of any National Security information. The previous respondents are correct that you would start by making a report to your local law enforcement agencies such as the police and sheriffs departments. For information you are certain is of a high priority for the national interest then you can additionally call your local FBI office.

It doesn't take an IQ of 160 to figure out what to do. Obviously call your local police, an they'll deal with it from there.

What happened? Did a very dark skinned man with a long beard, and a turban move into your neighborhood? If so, I would call the white house, as soon as possible!

Start with your local police or sheriff. If they give you the run around, try the prosecuting attorney. Keep going till you find someone who will listen. In our phone book we have a section called government. It has a number for the FBI. You could always try that.

If you are truly concerned then call your local FBI office. they will have a phone number in the book under federal government or your local police/sheriff can give it to you. The FBI has responsibility for espionage/ terorism issues in the US.

Call the police, not 911, and they should be able to send your information to the right federal offices, like FBI or NSA.
