Did you ask her WHY IN THE WORLD SHE WOULD SAY THAT TO YOU? that is a terrible thing to say to someone. Is she thinking about cheating? Has she already cheated? I'd be very worried if I were you.
She's blatantly telling you that she might cheat on you and will probably lie to you. She's clearly not above dishonest behavior, so how will you EVER be able to trust her?
Sounds like very bad news to me. I would NOT reccomend marrying this girl and I would break up with her immediately. Love is trust and if you can't trust her, then you can never fully love her. Leave her and find someone who wants to be with ONLY you and won't lie to you. You deserve better than that.

Sounds to me like she is a bit cocky and obviously doesn't have alot of respect for you.I mean to basically say you are to stupid to figure out weather she is a lier or not is a pretty heartless statement.If I was you I would say then maybe you should go marry that guy I am too stupid to know about!
It don't sound good to me even as a joke.To have an idea in her own mind that if she felt like cheating on you that she wouldn't feel that, that would be something you should have any right to know is pretty nasty.She sounds like a little b--ch and I would drop her like a bad habit if I was you.

The fact that she wants to get married doesnt mean anything. She obviously doesnt know what love means. And she would be a horrible wife. Her first mistake is dishonesty. You should think long and hard before making any life changing decisions. She will probably never be honest with you and that is a very hurtful thing and you two will be in that percentage of divorced couples!

Wow. A big, red warning flag should go up right there.
If she cheated on you and didn't tell you, would she tell you if she contracted a disease and passed it on to you?
I know you love her, and it would be hard to imagine life without her, but don't always rule with your heart...USE YOUR HEAD. Most of all, if you get married to this girl- DON'T BRING CHILDREN INTO THE EQUATION if they are to have a mother like that.

Yeah, tough spot you're in , that's for sure. I know I couldn't be with someone like that. You have to ask yourself if you love this girl enough that you can handle not trusting her. If you do, then go for it.

Yeah, she's trying to tell you something. What you do, tell her the same thing. Say something like " Oh there is this nice new intern at my office named (insert name here) she's really nice, funny and sweet. She said she wants to go see that new movie Ghost Rider with me" or something like that.
