Nope, I am actually living proof of that. I had a dream once that I was in a car crash with my husband and daughter, I blanked out for a few minutes woke up (in the dream) it was snowing and I was in heaven. My dad & sister and aunt were there throwing a bbq saying we were waiting for you. I asked them where my daughter and husband was and they said they didnt die, I freaked out and said it isnt my time yet and I woke up. Did I actually die? Who knows, sure felt like I did & it would have been my vision of heaven. But I am still here. It was just a dream.

That's like looking at the clouds and predicting rain. Since people eventually die then that dream will eventually come true.

No. But once I dreamed that I was shot during WWII, and when I woke up, my stomach still hurt for a few seconds after.
Not sure if that was a dream or a reincarnation memory.

I think that would be, to dream the impossible dream, no?
One time I had a dream that I committed suicide by sitting in my car in the garage breathing the gas from my car muffler . I still woke up, exhausted.

No because you only recall the dream, and make sense of it on waking from it.
Before you wake it is not a dream, as you recall it.
Mind you I've never dreamt that I have died, I have woken at the point when I would have died.

I don't think so. I've had a few dreams in which I've fallen from great heights, with the natural result being death, and I'm still alive.

I don't think anyone can say for sure... if they did, they would be dead and, therefore, unlikely to be able to tell one what they were dreaming before they popped off...
To those who say they have, I would ask how they know that they dreamed they died, and not that they dreamed they thought they died or became unconscious?
