He said "You can enjoy paradise, unless you eat from the Tree of Knowledge".
In other words, you can live in paradise as long as you remain ignorant; or you can become educated and get cast out.
It is a theme in Christianity today.

Not to eat of the tree, Eve was not around to hear that. It is not good for man to be alone. You may name all the animals.
