...an upper classman approached you in the hallway out of no where, obviously it depends on your attraction to him (which I'm not worried about) but would you be mostly freaked out or just astonished that someone you most likely thought didn't even know who you were approached you? I always thought that the aura around a senior guy was a uniquely desirable trait...

I'd be astonished, I'd lose my breath thinking about how someone older and more handsome would be interested in me, but thinking more and more I'd be more and more worried about any "experience" he would have since he was older than me. If we got together, I'd want him to move slowly, so I'd know he wasn't a pervert or anything.

I am well out of the high school thing but I would have been surprised but not because he was a senior but because it's flattering that he noticed me.
That reaction probably doesn't change much as the woman gets older. It's always flattering when a man shows interest.

Don't worry about anything. It's normal for someone you would never picture come up to you even if you think you didnt exist to that person. All you have to do is just be yourself and work your way up to it and talk to her. Another thing is looks arent everything. Even though it may not be a problem to you. In my case i wouldnt be freaked out I would feel happy that he came up to me but also wondering "Why me out of all the girls in the school." But just be yourself.....

ok i wish(sometimes) that my school was like meangirls with the typical high school sterotypes but the fact is that my school is really not big enough to not know everyone. i recognized when there is a new exchange student for goodness sakes! but when i was a freshman i knew most of the upperclassmen because they were from the same country as me. but unless it was a hot guy and we were chill, i would probably tell him. no biggie.<3

WOuld not freak out...just ignored any stranger who approach because these are the groups that are extremely desperate....and you never know if they carry any dreadful desease...that may cause you into deepest regret later...
