I'm a Asian girl and like a English man. We're not dating and we just send the message each other. Last weekend, he sent some messages for me, he just said where he is, he's bored, he's a little drunk...., and he said he want to kiss me at the end. I felt a little strange feeling even I like him. I'm wondering if he's really like me or just drunk.

That's sweet.
You can't know if he really likes you until he says something like that when he's not drunk. Sometimes being drunk brings out some of the repressed feeling that you'd normally wouldn't say if you were sober. It all depends.
Don't feel strange, feel flattered.

Some people use the "I'm drunk" excuse to say what they really think, they can always blame it on the drink if they're rejected and pretend it was all a joke. My guess is that he likes you but your the only person who can find out for sure. Why not ask him? It might have been eating him up for a while and he just found the courage to tell you.

he probably likes you. he sent the messages when he was drunk because the drink gave him the courage to this to you. he probably wants to sleep with you but knows thats coming on to strong but would at least like to kiss you and then leave the sex up to you. he may want a relationship or may just want a fling, it depends on the guy i suppose

he obviously likes you and wants to kiss u and the drink helped him ask you. basically he probably is using the drunk bit to have the courage to say this and also to blame it on the drink if you say no. go for it!
