even if i know i can't get a FT job as im still in education... is it OCD? During a weekend i sent 200 CV's..

Perhaps you should go and work as a recruitment consultant. That way you are spending your day searching for jobs for your clients.

That alone doesn't fit the DSM-IV criteria for OCD, but it is pretty obsessive if you know you can't get a job. If you're about to graduate, we'll just call it a really thorough job search.

is not OCD, you have to apply for as many as you can is a good idea to do that. Don't attach yourself to results, that is if you put too much emphasis on sth, you'll push it away, let it come naturally, think for example if you were after a job 7 you kept calling the company every 5 mins & cheking if they have accpted you etc, it'd put them off.
I know this might be irrelevant but this book might help, using affirmations to gain confidence & positivity. thought u might like it

Sounds a bit like ocd,you need to keep yourself occupied,and you don't need to worry about getting a job too much.as your still in education.

It's not OCD. I know exactly how you feel. I'm also looking hard for a job.
