Well...you could start by hanging out with this girl in a group...go out to eat with a group of friends and try to focus on making more small talk with her. Girls tend to be very misleading sometimes so it can be hard to tell if she is genuinely interested in you...but pay attention to her when she talks, sometimes we drop hints. After hanging out in a group of friends move on to asking her if she wants to do something more personal...if you hear her talk about a movie she wants to see...ask her if she would like to hang out and go see it...
