we've been lied to so much it's very hard to know what kind of manipulation the secret US government is trying perform.

the militarists are wanting to increase their budgets so a little fear about China's capabilities would play right into their hands.

the international bankers like it also, they will lend money to both sides; China and the USA to build up their military hardware.

the question is... are these threats there by design or is it just reactionary developments by two competing ideologies? The Communist/Capitalists are at war with the Libertarian/Capitalist?

GW Bush is Libertarian when it comes to Social Benefits but when it comes to the Military Benefits he is a Fascist/Socialist. On the left side of the political spectrum that would make the USA and China both to be Fascist/Socialists.

In the end, the ones who have the anti-satellite weapons' technology will be able to establish their brand of the NEW WORLD ORDER.

Actions speak louder than words. Since what China has said is at odd with what they did - I would believe their actions and not their words.

China is attempting to coerce us again. They didn't learn from the last time - their threats to nuke Los Angeles are what prompted us to develop our missile defenses.

So now - you can expect the US to develop the capability of defending our satellites.

Note: The Chinese test increased the amount of dangerous space debris by 8%. The annoyance about this from every country that either owns or leases a satellite appears to be something that they failed to consider before they did this test.

True, the US has had a missile, that could be launched from a fighter, that can knockout a satellite since the 80's. Good to see China finally catch up.
