Thank you so much for your comments. My camera's pop up flash is terrible. I have trained myself to not use it altogether. I rarely use my camera inside for that reason. I have a selective focus progect I am working on now. I hope to learn more about dof and lighting.

The photos are very cute, however you really need to work on your lighting. Lighting is what makes a good photograph into a superb photograph.

Visit Amherst Media (www.amherstmedia.com) and pick up some books on portrait lighting. They have great tutorials for all levels of photographer from beginner to expert.

Also - if you want to advertise a studio, you are going to need a professional designed site on your own domain to keep from exceeding your bandwidth limit.

You seem to connect with the children very well, you have captured some good expressions.

Many suffer from too much depth of field and distracting backgrounds.

Need to work on fill flash, are you using a diffuser?

Overall, very nice snapshots. To me, not quite to a professional level yet, although some are very good. A professional has to be consistently very good, but you certainly show ability!

The little bit that Isaw was pretty good,you dohave an eye for photography but you can brush upon your lighting.I am in the same category as you with my lighting,Inow take classes from a photographer who teaches the aspects of lighting.
