I had those side effects as a result of a new drug I was put on.
You also might have fibromyalgia which is similar to arthritis. Since you are having trouble standing up and sitting down I would say that your condition is serious enough to warrant a dr. appt. I wouldn't suggest taking anything for it until you've seen one.
