How about tortellini with sage brown butter sauce, bruschetta, and salad?

At the store, pick up some fresh ravioli or tortellini, some fresh sage, and basil (produce section), some baby salad greens, a loaf of Italian bread, sun dried tomato and garlic/olive paste (Greek olive bar), fresh garlic cloves, real butter, a nice tort or cake for a desert and some good wine...

Cook the pasta as instructed on package
Add 1/2 butter to frying pan and 'fry' till it starts to turn brown and smell nutty. Add some shredded sage, and fry sage till wilted. This is the sauce for your pasta. If it's too 'thick' add some water from the pasta. Toss the pasta in the brown butter sauce, and top with fresh sage.

For the bread, slice the bread, and lightly brush them with oil. Stick them in the oven for a few minutes to toast them. Then rub the garlic clove over them to give them a hint of garlic flavor. Top them with the tomato garlic/olive mix, drizzle them with olive oil, and put a fresh basil leaf on each slice.

Throw together a quick salad, and you're golden.

I know it sounds like it's a lot of work, but you can get this all done in the amount of time it takes to cook the pasta.

Spaghetti... sauce from a jar... cook/ brown some ground beef (1 lb) with half a chopped onion. After it's brown, drain excess fat and pour on the sauce. Let simmer for a few minutes.

Brocolli... trim and boil until your desired doneness/tenderness. I like it a little crispy so I boil for about 5 minutes. Drain, add butter and a little lemon juice. Good to go.

Garlic Bread... heat and serve... premade at supermarket

Salad... cleaned in a bag... your favorite dressing

Dessert... a pie or cake

The key is timing...
you want to get the sauce done first
spaghetti next, but you can start heating the bread, cooking the brocolli.

My wife complains that I don't time things right. My veggies end up cold while the spaghetti is still cooking. If the timing is way off, the salad and garlic bread can act as a buffer, to start the meal, while the other stuff finishes.

Go to the store and buy a garlic and herb cheese spread, usually found around the deli section and comes in a tub, and your favorite pasta.
When heating the water, place a glass or metal bowl over the pot and put the cheese spread inside. This is going to soften the cheese. Remove the bowl when water is boiling, and cook pasta like always. Drain pasta when done and combine with cheese, salt, and pepper. You can add chicken or veggies too. Serve and enjoy!
