I have this problem too. My face always looks like ive never slept at lunch. Try Body Shop Body Butter, In a range of fruits etc such as watermelon, coconut and so on. These are AMAZING for the skin. Also I heard that Garnier Pure A (I thinks its Garnier) do a good moisturiser in a small lip gloss type tube with a small tube that makes sure you dont splodge it everywhere. This helps you look fresh faced. Also big helps are taking off any make-up you leave on at night.

Well, as you are probably aware, there are many beauty products out there that are created just for dry skinned people such as yourself. I personally like the Avon line, because they target specific areas as such. If your eye area is dark and puffy, I would suggest Avon's Lighten Up Plus Undereye Treatment, and if your face just needs a lift each day, I would suggest Hydrofirming-Lift Day Cream SPF 15. They have a sale right now, buy one of those given items, and get the other for 1.99! Can't go wrong there!
FYI: The best thing about purchasing through Avon is that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can just return it for an exchange or money back. No questions, no fuss, no problem!

I use Evian Brumisateur (hopefully I spelled it right) it is a fine mist mineral water which will make your skin look dewy a small can will cost less than $5. You can use your regular moisturizer in the morning and freshen your face all day with the Evian.

Use StridX. It helps your face, and also wakes you up and gets your face looking better. And then you can put mortizer on after it. But be sure to get the green colored ones, becuase the red colored box will dry out your skin even more.

also make sure that YOU stay hydrated. drink plenty of water throughout the day so that your body doesn't think it had to try to retain excess. you should be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day...3 is better (just don't try to do it all at once, like that poor lady who was trying to win a radio contest...she downed two gallons of water and died due to water toxicity)
