Is there a way to export out of Excel, then open up, copy and paste back into a spreadsheet? I'm trying to merge Address number, Road prefix and Road name to where there's no parsing or separating by column.

Possible??????

Enter
=concatenate(a1;" ";a2;" ";a3)
in a blank column parallel to the fields, and drag the corner block down to fill the column with the formula.
Then copy the column, and use Paste Special to paste it somewhere. In the Paste Special dialog, uncheck "Paste all" and then uncheck "Formulas".

To merge Cells all you have to is type the 1st line in the first cell, then press alt & enter, type the second line press alt & enter type the next line press alt & enter. After that hightlight what you typed all the way until how far you want the cells to be merged. there should be an A inside a white box that is the merge box and it should merge. Or you can go to format cells, alignment and under text control put a check in merge cells.

Note: when merging cells info can only be in one cell and highlight the empty cells and then it will merge.

EX. if info is in A1 and ur merging to A5 no info vould be in a4-a5 for it to merge.
