Between 12-14 hrs in as 24 hr period.

Your are lucky with an hour twice a day, but I have have children that will sleep 3 hours once a day or 1 hour in the am and 2 in the afternoon. Sometimes 3 all together depends on how much you get them out and about.

MAYBE A HOUR AT 9 AM THEN ABOUT 1:00LET SLEEP 2 HOURS THEN PUT DOWN AT 7PM OR 8PM
