I have some friends who have called on me as an ordained minister to perform a pagan handfasting, prior to a marraige. They have chosen the ceremony, and I need a "wand" to carry out the task.

Can any Wiccans or Neo-Pagans tell me where I can find/purchase a wand suitable for this ceremony?

So many great answers. It was bust on azuregreen for a wand, but lots of cool stuff. I talked to the mother of the bride, and she is Wiccan, so she too is helping.
Any other suggestions?

Most wands are created by the Pagan involved because they have more meaning.

Try looking up the meaning of Celtic woods, then choose a small branch about 6 inches in length from that wood type. You might consider a piece of oak, or elder (the wood of the Goddess).

Clean it and leave it in the sunlight and the light of the full moon for a day. You don't even have to carve it or anything. But it will do.

Then give it to the bride and groom after the handfasting.

Hmmm. My handfasting is coming up and we have no need of a wand. A hand fasting requires cording. Maybe the couple can suggest a place to find one. There are several online shops that have affordable wands.

I have found this site to have some very beautiful wands for various affordable prices as well as some more expensive ones.

making one would be more suitable because the time and energy you put into making the wand makes you more in tune with it but first you should research witch wood to use then you have to decide whether you will make it from a branch or carve it from a thicker inner part

Yep, I agree with the above post... Azure Green is amazing in choices and prices. I used them for most of my needs when I was a Wiccan.
