Basicly you're asking the impossible. 10 seconds to 1.5 hours is a good range.

Honestly it depends on the two of you. Some men take longer then others and some women don't know how to please their man. Ask him what he likes, have him give you direction, try different positions, slow down or speed up, make sure to use your hand, try ice cubes. There is lots of things you can do but you have to be able to communicate what your desires are. There is no "generally". It's different every single time (at least with me). There are some times when an orgasm was never achieved even after two hours. It's really going to depend on the guy at the time and how into it he is. I have gotten there within 5 minutes but mostly it takes 20 to 30 minutes.

It all depends on the individual. If he is really turned on it could take a minute or two. It also depends on how good you and how much experience you have with it. There are a lot of things to factor into the equation. Is he driving? Has he been drinking? How long has it been since he came last? How long does it usually take when you are having sex? All these things determine the time.

Depends on how good you are and how focused the couple is.

That really depends on the situation/level of excitement when it starts...Could be any where from instantly to 10 minutes ...hey even a half an hour if he has great control....There really is no standard time.
