go to super cuts or something it is only about $10-$15.
or if you want to get a lot cut off you can get it cut for locks of love but you have to get 10 inches cut. a lot of places will cut your hair for free if you donate it.
check out the website if you have any questions (http://www.locksoflove.org/index.php) but i think that is a really good organization and you should def do that.

Take the $10 and spend it on a haircut. Cut back on something. Don't go out to eat at all for fast food for 2 weeks. Don't rent movies, don't do whatever you do for fun and spend it on the $10. If it's bothering you this much, I think it's worth it. Your hair grows at a rate of an inch or less a month. So just imagine the time and effort it takes to grow out your hair, then you think if it's worth spending $10 on.

I cut my own hair all the time... for years now.... it easy especially long one lenght hair and it gets easier with experience...
First off buy a pair of scissors made specifically for for cutting hair.
Brush you hair in you normal style.
It is easiiest to cut slightly damp hair... so mist with a spray bottle if needed...
Comb sections smoothly and evenly cut the ends depending on how short or long you want to have it. It is better to cut too little than too much & take your time.
My sister also cuts her own hair… she bends at the waist flipping her hair over so it in front of her face, pulls it all together and snips away... creating perfect long layers.

I think that you should look in the yellow pages and try to find a low-priced hair shop. If there are no hair shops that you can afford then try to find an adult who knows how to cut hair.

you could go to the really cheap hair salons... i've gotten my hair cut for $5 before.. it was at this vienamese salon and the just straight cut the ends no shampoo, hair dry or stylin'...
oooorrrr
you could have a reeaaaally trustworthy friend to just cut it straight for you.... i mean.... if you really can't afford it... use a ruler for guidance...
