Could be sinus. Unless you get migraines, thats a whole different ball game.
Have you tried taking any sinus meds? Alka Seltzer Cold an Sinus effervescent tabs are good and they work fast. Motrin cold and sinus is good too. Have you ever tried Sudafed?
How about vicks vapo rub or the inhaler? If it is sinus, any of these things will work. You may also wanna try taking a massager and running it over your sinus areas. The vibration will break up the congestion and help to drain or start to drain the sinuses. I know this sounds like a lot, but I get terrible headaches too and these are just some of the things that I do to help myself get rid of them.
If it's something else other than sinus, then you probably have a migraine or a tension headache. I use an icepack on the side of my head that is hurting. It helps to shrink the blood vessels and keeps them from pounding. If you have tried all the medicine you can stand and you still have the headache after tomorrow, then I would call a doctor and have it checked out. Could be something else more involved than 'just a headache'. Hope you feel better and good luck.

well first of all if it has been over 3 days you may want to check with a doctor and have your pressure taken, could be stressing and not know it, that why hbp is called a silent killer. besides if you are a coffee drinker and had not had a cup in a day or do can bring on headaches. I rarely get headaches as well and when i do and it is not relieved I could be in for a aches from the temple area, eyes and anything with light. A co worker of mines told me about a article he had read the same day i was having a head ache and let me tell you after reading it, it worked. you should take something for the headache, drink a cup of coffee and lay still in a peaceful area for 15-20 and it works. so now when i get a head ache i get a cup of coffee. if this does not work i recommend you see a doctor.

It sounds to me like a sinus headache. If it hurts around the eyes when you bend over, for me that is a clear sign of a sinus headache. I would take a sinus medication with a pain reliever in it. I also use warm compresses on the sinus area. If you have the time, go take a long hot shower, breathe the steam in, it may help to loosen up the sinus'. If you still don't get relief, I think I would call a dr. it could be a sinus infection. I tylenol sinus meds. I hope this helps.

It really depends on what is causing the headache, if it is one that is behind your eyes and in the front of your head, it more then likely is a sinus headache, and you can help to alleviate the pain by doing a Vick's steam to open up the nasal passages. just boil some water in a pan, put some Mentholatum in the water. and after it boils, take it off the heat and drape a towel over your head and the steamed water and breath thru your nose and out your mouth. this will clear the sinus's.
if it is a headache that runs down the back of your head, into your neck and if your other joints hurt, say your hips or you have muscle spasm or tension. this could be caused by low potassium intake. try taking some potassium and see if that helps.
other then that, I'd just drink plenty of water as dehydration can also cause headaches. if that doesn't work, see a doc.

Sounds like a migraine. You may need to get some extra sleep. Maybe you are under a lot of stress. try to relax. If it doesnt go away in another day or so you may want to see a doctor for perscription. I know you said other than the obviouse but Excedrine has a special formula for migraines that you can find in most drug stores try that

Lots of fluids (not caffeine), eat protein - cheese, meat, etc.
It sounds more like a tension headache. If it's all over or especially in the back, it's more likely tension. If it's on one side, it's more likely to be migraine. A 2 day headache needs urgent attention, please go in. If you can't resolve it with aspirin or Advil.
Ice on the head will give you some relief.
Take care

Time to see the doctor. Migraines are worsened by bending over, but not all bad headaches are migraines. Best to see your doctor and find out what's going on rather than taking chances.

Sex probably won't help THIS headache. Have you seen the migraine banned foods list? The biggest thing on my personal list is chocolate, along with beer, red wine, oranges, aged cheese. But there are a lot more.

Sounds like sinus pressure. Take something like Tylenol Sinus and run a washcloth under hot water and lay it on your face.
