I just feel like I am being tugged from my new family and the demands of work. I feel defeated.

Try your local church

Look for a local mops group, they are great. It will get better and easier. I promise. I was in the same boat. My kids are 19 months apart. Now 3 and 4. That is a fun time! As things go along you will get the hang of two of them. Just try to find a little bit of time for yourself. Maybe take them to park if they are old enough and let them play themselves tired for a little while and you can watch them play, that is what I do, I usually go to McDonalds. If they are younger see if you can find some people that have kids the same ages and arrange a play dates. You can drop the kids off and go do whatever you like for a little while and maybe the next week it can be your turn to watch the kids and the other parent can have a break! Whoever thought of this was a genius. We all need breaks from time to time.
Good Luck honey!

Yes they do, talk to your doctor, they usually have brochures or at least some information on support groups.

God wouldn't put you through it if he didn't think you were made for it.
