We all believe certain propositions without evidence. For example, "I have a headache." There is no external evidence outside the feelings itself to verify its occurance. It is taken as self evident. You believe it and there is no way to verify or prove the event. The same goes for beliefs based in memory, such as "I drank some water last night." This cannot be verified or proven to myself or others.
