.I would use Colchicine and Carisoprodol to help ease the pain. Colchicine is a medication for acute gout. In acute gouty, there is a marked inflammatory response to the presence of uric acid crystals, causing severe pain, redness and swelling of the affected joint(s). Colchicine is useful in suppressing the inflammation (arthritis) in acute gout. Carisoprodol is a muscle relaxant used to relieve the pain and stiffness of muscle spasms and discomfort due to strain and sprain. Soma Watson is the name Brand of Carisoprodol. Both are available online at PainmedsOnline.Net. I hope this info helps you dear.

If I were you, I would go to a rheumatologist. You could have plain arthritis, but it could also be a form of Lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. You need to be correctly diagnosed in order to have the correct medication prescribed.
If your present doctor does not feel further testing is necessary, go to a different doctor. Only tests will reveal the truth about your medical condition.

You might try icing your knees for 15 min. for several times during the day. It does take several days for Aleve or advil to completely get in your bloodsteam to work I believe. I take Aleve for my knee pain, but I have been taking it for a long while.
