B-1 or B-2 visitor Visa. apply for it and good luck! my brother lost his and yesterday he had the appointment at the us building (where they tell you if they'll give you the visa or not) and they said no because he didnt make enough.... why these people expect that mexicans in mexico make as much as americans in the united states? that's BS

Hi,

He can make an appoint ment with US Embassy in Moroco. He needs to submit the documents required and pay fee at the same time. Depending on how busy is the US Embassy in Moroco though, he will probably receive his B2 ( Holiday VISA) within 2 weeks.

He has to go to a US embassy in Morocco and apply for a visitor visa. It may take a while and they will probably want substantial proof and assurance that he is going to be returning to Morocco, such as ownership of property, job, college, etc.

They will just have to apply for a B-1 or B-2 visitor Visa and hope they get it.

That person will have to prove strong ties to the mother country - high income, good job, marriage, children, house, car... Even then there is a high risk of refusal. If you met that person on-line, the answer is no.
