If you are mobidly obese, losing weight is a different challenge for you. I could tell you what I eat every day, but I am not sure that would be the best plan for you, as I only eat about 1300 calories a day. I also exercise at least 20-25 a day for cardio, do weights twice a week and practice some martial arts twice a week. Losing weight and keeping it off is a life style change. You have to be ready for that.

So you have no interest in controling your calories. Well my easy advice for you is to immediatly stop "drinking calories". Just cut out all beverages that contain any amount of calories, soda, starbucks, juice, gatorade, ect. Check the nutritional label, if it says more than 5 calories per serving, don't drink it!! (Water is best!) This simple change will probably shave 300-400 calories from your daily intake, its not a big difference, but combined with your daily excercise routine, you should be able to see results in a couple of weeks. Good luck!
PS: I eat 2,000-2,000 cals a day, low carbs, high protein, and do some form of excerise everyday.

stick to chicken and turkey and fish, veggies and fruits, stay away from the breads (white) potatotes and rice........try to eat smaller portions, nothing bigger than your fist ...lower your calorie intake to about 1200, the pounds will come off and write down what you eat, keep a diary, lowfat milk and yogurt are good too, almonds and pretzels for a 100 snack twice a day and drink at least 8 glasses of water and exercise 30 minutes aday at least 3 times a week and dont eat after 6 if at all possible

Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner (dessert if you must- a small portion though) To lose weight you should take in no more than 1700 calories (to start of with then gradually go down to 1400) With a calorie in take of 1700 and at least 30 min. of walking every day (enough to raise your heart rate for at least 20+ min.) you should begin to lose 3-5 lbs a week. good luck.
Breakfast- whole grain cereal with a small (no syrup) fruit cup
Lunch- a turkey sandwich, no mayo (try miracle whip) with mustard, lettuce and tomato. Baby tomatos or carrots to munch on and a bottle of water.
Dinner- lean white fish with a fist full of rice (no gravey) and green beans
Dessert- 2 mini candy bars or a tablespoon of frosting on 2 or 3 butter cookies.
