There is no such thing. They are all scams. Diet and exercise is the only way to do it. Anyone can throw together a couple of vitamins, minerals, herbs.....and market it as anything they want to. They do get in trouble eventually, then they just call it something else, until they get caught again and fined. It just goes on and on. When you buy it and don't lose the weight, they will tell you you didn't do it right and that you need to buy more and take more. What a scam. There are no supplements, herbs, vitamins, etc. Nothing.

Don't take weight loss pills. Work on it naturally, or take vitamin B-6 and B-12 for extra energy so you can work out longer. Eat healthy, maintain a low stress and smoke free life style, and work out 4-6 times a week.

Your only choice is to exersize - if you just cut down on food your body goes into starvation mode and starts to save up fat - even though you are eating less. Start walking more places, find 5 minutes to do a little exersize between things. You have to do it.
The only diet pills that work are prescription - and they are basically Meth - VERY addictive, very dangerous, can cause hallucinations and death.
