Some women get menstrual migraines. Does her headache get worse just before her menstrual cycle and fade just after? The other thing could be her sinuses. I used to get constant sinus headaches. If she is always having headaches and nothing seems to help, she should get checked by a doctor.

Coconut oil, massage her scalp with it, soak it in and leave it for a few hrs, maybe have her take a nap. Also have her see a doctor, it could be worse or a simple thing. It does help.

If you haven't already, try Tordal. My mom uses it and her headaches go away easily!
