Hi...
I would relli like to have a flat stomach.... Currently I am 27", I really want 2 come down to 23-24", is there anything I can do?
Any exercises to have a flat stomach?
Also, I would also like to lose weight from my ***, thighs , arms and legs.... any exercises..???

To have a flatter stomach you have to lose the fat around the midsection. Just doing crunches and other ab exercises will tighten the muscles but unless you lose the fat through cardio and diet you will still not see good results. The best exercise for abdominals is hanging knee/leg raises. But 27" is good for a woman's mid section. Some women with medium to large bone structure can't get down as low as 23-24" But if you still have fat on your abs and back there is room for improvement.

Building your abs just pushes the fat out, you have to tone the abs only slightly while you focus on losing weight, so you can see them and aren't lifting too much weight. If you weigh more while doing cruches, you build the abs too much. You can't lose weight off specific parts, it comes off all over. Bring caloric intake down, bring physical activity up, drink lots of water and snack on fat-free and low-calorie foods, and the pounds will go. When the stomach is flat, it's easier to tone it using whatever abdominal exercises you prefer.

breathing exercises work, breath in deep til u feel belly button, hold tight, release.
Do situps every other day,
Get u a set of weights and lift on ankles and arms to tone up.
Or get some heavy rocks in the woods and lift every other day.
