Luck or chance is for believer and unbeliever. Blessed is for the believer only.

I am blessed because I love my Heavenly Father and He loves me. I am blessed because all of my physical need are met. I am blessed because I have a family that I love and respect. I could go on and on. We sometimes just need to step back and realize that we have so much more than others, even if we don't have all that much.
