No, I am not afraid of commitment. I think that there needs to be a better understanding between those in a relationship before it can be said to be "committed", however.

I dont think anyone is truly commited to their partners. Love and lust are the two mainstays of a good relationship . Committed is too strong a word it takes away any freedoms you have within a relationship and any dreams that you have outside one . People who are committed to something are usually looked at as mad in history.

Absolutely not. But that doesn't mean that I should have to be committed to every single woman I date. Women who whine for "a commitment" every five minutes are dependent and needy and not at all attractive. They send me running for the hills, or the remote. On the other hand, women who are strong, independent and self-assured are incredibly sexy. And that's precisely the kind of woman to whom I am committed.

Not at all. In both of my prior relationships I was the one to take the first step towards real commitment.

Hell no. After 30 you are not afraid at all. You should be cautiousd (never get married just to get married). But us guys realize the importance of having someone to come home to. By then we should know we can get laid. But its actually better to know you can from someone. Then turn it down to come home and BBQ with your wife.

I was. I was terrified. I was scared of that horrible disease, one-gina. But the right woman came along and made me forget about all of the other women. She is the light of my life and the apple.....mushy stuff.
More or less it just took the right girl to make me see that being with one woman wouldn't be that bad.

No if it is the right person, problem is the right person would be horny, silent, love football, get me my beer, cook well, clean, do laundry, pay all the bills, didn't shop all the time, liked my friends, had girlfriends that liked three ways, had a smokin hot body, was beautiful, and liked to sit around the house naked all the time.

I am. Not sure if this means I haven't met the right girl or not (in a relationship 11 months).
