You'd have to refer to your Booklet 1 East Wisely pages 18 and 19 it asks you questions. From there you can determine how many points your allowed. Proir to this it was on a scale (See Below)

Less than 150= 20pts
150-174= 22pts
175-199=24pts
200-224=26pts
225-249=28pts
250-274=30pts
275-299=31pts
300-324=32pts
325-349=33pts
350 or plus=34pts

Don't forget your flex points (additional) of 35 for the week...

Good Luck!!

Weight Watchers has changed in the past two months, so now there is a way to calculate points based on your age, how active you are, etc. Weight Watchers isn't a diet as someone stated earlier, it is a lifestyle change, and I know so many people it has worked for-me included. I got off of it for a while, but I am back on track now. You will be able to eat PLENTY of food, but be sure to get all of your water in and exercise.

Good luck hun!

Weight watchers, like has been stated, has changed recetly to taylor to the individual. Under 18 should have doctors supervision. If you really want to loose weight consider going to meetings for a month or so to learn the program so you do not damage yourself. I am 23, and lost 55lbs. on WW, and I reccomend it, but you have to be careful and really understand the program. It is worth the ~$10 a week.

You are far too young for dieting!!!

Your body is still growing and you may put your body under too much stress causing long term injury!

Just cut out the rubbish (chocolate, crisps, chips, pop) and take up a active hobbie (maybe swimming, walking, tennis, arobics with your friends)....

Simply doing this will leave your young power metabolism to burn the excess fat in no time.
