Mine...1969 GTO 444 (1970 400 block) 2 550' carbs on a Tunnel Ram. Setup Ram Air V .... (2 speed power Gluide 1/8 th mile) 700r4 swaped for street use 3 weeks out of the year with 3:64 Olds Posi.
(4:33 rear gear 1/8 th mile Pontiac Locker yes Pontiac)

Happy Shopping. Also 1 of my grandson's run's his Eagle TSI Turbo AWD and gets me on the hole shot everytime.

go to a junk yard. look for a car with an ok body. you dont even need a title. bring it home. fix it up a bit. maybe drop a new trans and motor. slap some slicks on it. put new brakes. a fuel cell. and you should be good to go. just make sure you have a 5 point harness. saftey first. but if i were you id go with a chevy.
