I've finally reached a size that I love (36 28 37), which I want to maintain, but I also want to gain more definition through toning. My boyfriend suggests low weight/high reps (which is working great). And my calorie intake averages 2000/day. Is there anything else I can do or that I should avoid? How can I monitor my cardio so that I don't lose size?

if you don't have a high fat count you shouldn't lose size you would jsut be building muscle which would make you gain size if anything. but dancing is good. Carmen electra Cardio Striptease Video 2 is a really good workout to tone your full body and it's fun (it's not really a striptease on this video). video 1 is really fun (it's a pretty good workou but this one is the striptease technique) and video 3 is just coreography. Have fun and i would want to lose that size either that's a winning hand
