How do i get a guys attention? i mean their is this guy i like but i am too plain to get his attention! what do i do to make me look dare i say it HOTTER??!!

if you are convinced you are "too plain," then nothing you wear or do will ever make you "hot." You first have to believe that you ARE attractive, you have to be confident in your looks just as you are - THAT is what draws people. So all you need is to do or wear whatever makes YOU feel sexy and confident, and then other people will start to see you that way too.
Don't spend your life guessing what OTHER people find attractive, because there's too much variety in people's tastes and you'll never get it right - just do what YOU feel is right for you.

If he isn't interested in who you are as a person, but is because you look hot, all he's looking for is a piece of tail. Don't worry about it. Guys who are worth having aren't that concerned with appearances.

Don't bother. Be yourself. Keep your eyes open for the guy who sees you for who you are. Don't fall into this trap of seduction because it is impossible to keep it up. The real you will shine through eventually and he'll drop you like a hot potato.
