You might want to read today's Yahoo! Home Page which discusses this issue...My vote would be not now...too many problems that require addressing for total successful operation - wait and later buy a compatible PC - even more recent ones are not fully 'up' for this.

abode windows Vista became no longer experimental. At one time it became a Beta although, that's an test. it is now no longer an experiemnt although. I even have used the abode windows 7 beta and it is in reality a collection and improve Vista, although the initiating Bar is thoroughly redesigned and it runs lots swifter than Vista. i became waiting to get it engaged on a Pentium 3 with 256MB of RAM! It has a large style of a similar beneficial properties as Vista. they actually purely replaced a number of the concern in Vista that angered consumers which contain sluggish boot up circumstances and the tense GUI (graphical consumer interface). abode windows 7 has a much greater powerful GUI. yet right this is the lowdown: abode windows 7 = solid! greater powerful than Vista! abode windows Vista = Meh. P.S. in case you have Vista top now, Microsoft would be doing a loose improve to abode windows 7 because of the fact Vista became this type of failure.

Right now no, the operating system may have some bugs in it that may causes problems with current hardware\software.
I would wait until they come out with Windows Vista SP1. By then Microsoft should have the major of the bugs worked out of the operating system and by then third party hardware\software companies will be compatible with Vista.

It's not worth at all upgrading to Vista. It 'eats' all your resources and you get less performance. Stick to XP, or better: upgrade to Linux! It will speed up your PC a lot. It's more faster, stable and more secure than both XP and Vista.

Not just yet. I want to wait a while so that most of the bugs have been found and patched, the more interesting features have been discovered and tested, and so that my devices like my camera, printer, etc. are certain to have updated drivers.
I want to be more certain Vista doesn't suck when I try it.

Moving from OS X to Vista would be a major downgrade. There's no way I'll do that.

it's not worth the money, and it has no immediate benefits that will enhance your online experience. i would wait before it is tested by other citizens
