I made a bundt cake for my son and don't know which side to frost.

You frost the top of the cake (the non-flat side).

You really don't frost bundt cakes, you glaze them. If you've made your frosting already, just thin it out a bit with milk or water, and pour it over the 'bumpy' side of the cake. Just let the glaze drip over the cake.

The flat side should go down...so frost the rounded side. But it's your cake, you can do what you want!

Frost the bottom side, with the "waves" on it. The top side "flat" holds better on the bottom of the plate.

Ice the bottom of the cake. When you take it out the pan, it will be the top of the cake.

Frost the rounded side. If you put the rounded side down them your flat side will start to crumble.

flat side down and bunt cakes usually get a glaze of some type.
