I would like to know which is better because i was thinking about joining the gym but it costs £15 for membership and another £5 so that i can actually use the equipment in the gym. And i just think that's way to expensive....!

I am 13 years old and just want to have a skinny lower body to match the top of my body..

I have an exercise bike at home so that makes life easier...

Thanks...x

Depends on what muscle groups your wanting to use as well the cardio workout your going to get. If you want to walk and run to increase cardio the treadmill is great, plus you can use it year round, as well as the bike. If you just need to get off the couch the bike will work. Not that you wont get a great workout on the bike, but you can only use one muscle group.

A treadmill will help you burn a lot more calories if you run on it, but if you already have an exercise bike, just use that. Make sure when you ride, that you are really pushing yourself to burn those calories.

Running is the best for burning fat, but if you do spinning at the pace you are suposed to, it works great too... I'd go with the bike if i were you.
