600 calories is nowhere near enough. I don't know how much you weigh or your height but assuming you have an actual need to lose weight you should go about losing it in a sensible way. Crash dieting is just about the most stupid thing you can do. All you'll do if you continue with this ridiculous amount of calories is to slow your metabolism down. You'll lose weight to start with then pile it all back on and it'll be even harder to lose next time. You don't seem to know much about nutrition so I would advise you to start with your doctor who will be able to give you advice on losing weight if he/she thinks you need to. If you are already definitely overweight then I recommend you join a diet club like Weight Watchers where you'll be given information and support to help you lose weight in a gradual, sustainable and healthy way. There is nothing to gain through excessive dieting except an eating disorder that if you're lucky will only partly ruin your life, and if you're unlucky will ruin it completely. It is difficult to comprehend the enormity of an eating disorder until you have one, so please please don't let that happen to you and make an appointment with your doctor.

600 calories a day is dangerous. Anything below 800 a day then your body starts to burn muscle as well as fat.

If you are on a calories controlled diet then it should never be less than 1000 a day, though preferably 1200.

If you are worried about taking 1200 calories a day, I would be worried that you may be developing an eating disorder.

Please, raise your intake...600 is not safe.

600 calories a day isn't NEARLY enough to lose weight healthily and safely. You could be doing severe damage to yourself and you'll more than likely gain the weight back. You should be consuming between 1200-1500 calories a day and eat small meals throughout the day. If you're looking for a program I would recommend Weight Watchers.

for a diet, that isn't enough. The worst thing is though, as soon as you stop dieting, the weight will go back on quickly because you'll start eating more than your body can handle. I would say, for an average woman 1300-1500 calories for a diet is about right.Makesure you're active aswell!!

That's way to little your metabolism is soo slow now so when you start eating back to normal your gonna put loads of weight on. Eat at least 1300-1500 cals a day and exercise 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 mins..You will lose weight and keep it off for ever this way! Starvation doesn't work trust me!! God bless and i hope your diet works well..

There's no way 600 calories is enough for anyone.... you need to contact a nutritionist so he can give you the adequate diet... but believe me, it won't be 600 kcal.

600 calories is absolutely not enough...on that sort of intake - you will feel tired, sluggish and hungry.

i have tried ALL diets..believe me! i like the atkins diet..you can eat a fair amount of food...and its all good nutrients and natural fat...i am never hungry on it and i am really slim now...and have been for years.

i find, on a low fat diet..that i am always hungry and keep thinking about food...which is a disaster! whatever you chose - you need more calories...you need to stay healthy even if you are dieting! - good luck!

That's way to few calories
Your way of thinking is the less calories i eat the more i will lose That's the way i used to think but it doesn`t work like that
You have to eat to speed up your metabolism so in theory you have small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism
working properly
