It's KAMA sutra.
The book and practice of Kama Sutra was developed in India in relation to the Hindu Tantra Yoga.
It is about sex, definitely. But it's really a primer on sexual and spiritual compatability.

I believe it came from China but not real sure it could have been Japan all I do know it it was one of those countries that came up with it.
